The conviction that artificial intelligence would become a revolution for businesses didn't emerge overnight: it is grounded in over a decade of direct hands-on experience using Machine and Deep Learning in real products from as early as 2015 — a time when predictive models were niche tools and neural networks were still almost exclusively in academic research.
This experience provided a front-row view of how technology changes business processes — where real value is created, where resistance to adoption comes from, and where the risk lies in chasing innovation for its own sake. But it also allowed a clear identification of the inflection point: in recent years, language models — especially thanks to their reasoning capabilities — have opened new frontiers and dramatically accelerated development.
