2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide voluntarily
When you fill in a form on the site, you provide us directly with some personal data:

This data is used solely to respond to your request or manage your enrollment, and is sent to us by email — it is not stored in a separate database beyond the normal retention of that email correspondence.
2.2 Data collected automatically
Our server automatically records some technical information for the operation and security of the site:
- Server logs: IP address, requested page, date and time, for security and technical diagnostic purposes.
- Statistics on course pages: for pages related to our training offer, we record, for internal statistical purposes (traffic analysis and effectiveness of promotional campaigns), the visitor's IP address and an approximate geographic area (city/country), together with the page visited. This data is kept for a maximum of 30 days, is accessible only to the Data Controller through a password-protected area, and excludes known bots and crawlers (search engines, etc.).

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

4. Who we share data with
Your data may be processed by the following parties, acting as data processors or as independent controllers for the services they provide:
- Email service provider, for sending communications related to requests and enrollments.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only if you consent to analytics cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States; Google adopts the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as a safeguard for this transfer. More information in Google's privacy policy.
- Cal.com Inc., only if you use the free orientation call booking form present on some pages of the site. In that case, the data you enter (name, email, chosen time) is processed by Cal.com according to their privacy policy.
- Hosting provider, which hosts the server on which the site is installed.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes other than those indicated above.
5. How long we keep your data
- Emails related to contact requests and enrollments are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, for tax and accounting obligations related to course enrollments, for the period required by applicable law (up to 10 years for tax documentation).
- Statistical logs of course pages (IP and geographic area) are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
- Data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's retention settings, generally up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing;
- request data portability, where applicable.
You can exercise these rights by writing to info@aur-ora.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law.
This notice may be updated over time, for example following regulatory changes or new features on the site. We invite you to review it periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
